Helping you solve the hassles of visitor management.
Based on more than 10 years field experience from various customer installations, TSSL has consolidated the most comprehensive user functions list for on-premise visitor management system (VMS) requirements. From visitor web pre-registration, pre-reg approval, front desk check-in using QR code or passport/ID reader, badge printing, as well as self-registration based on facial recognition, TSSL has re-designed the VMS based on latest technologies to achieve most building access security requirements. Customers can choose modular functions and features to configure the system which best fit their daily operation as we understand each customer’s VMS requirements is unique.
TSSL VMS design is based on 3-Tier Architecture. “VMS Service” is a Windows web service provides all server functions and logic for handling visitor data collected from front end devices and stored in a centralized database – Microsoft SQL Server.
TSSL VMS supports multi-site configuration and site filtering feature. Different sites are connected together and managed by one web service and centralized database.
Automated check-in help maintain a detailed log of all visitors, including their names, contact information, time of arrival/departure, and the purpose of their visit. This enhances security by providing a clear record of who has entered and exited the premises.
The printed badges often include a unique barcode or QR code that can be used to track the visitor's arrival and departure times, as well as their location within the facility. This data can be valuable for security, compliance, and operational optimization purposes.
Automated check-out, coupled with real-time visitor tracking, can help organizations optimize the use of shared resources, such as meeting rooms or visitor parking spaces. By knowing when visitors have departed, these resources can be made available more quickly for the next set of guests.
